Tightly fasten strap around front brake lever & handle to lock front wheel.
Position the Pit-Stand vertically, under the spool.
Rotate the main handle in "UP" direction to lift the rear wheel.
Adjust, lubricate the chain or clean the rear wheel.
Rotate the main handle in "DOWN" direction. Remove the Pit-Stand & the front brake lever strap, then GO on!
